Regular application is key for great results. Failure to apply every night will break the growth cycle, resulting in poor results. We recommend using the serum for a minimum period of 8/12 weeks.

How to apply for your free refill

1. It's simple: take a clear photo of your lashes or brows when you use our PRO Lash Serum. The photo must have a timestamp and date visible.
   After 12 weeks of continuous use, take a second photo of your lashes or brows, ensuring the image is clear and from the same angle as your first photo. Again, this image must have a date and time stamp visible.
2. Once you have achieved the results you are happy with, you can upload your before and after images with your review. Once we have received your review and images, a team member will verify your review. It can take 24 to 48 hours for your review to be verified and live on our website, which will be shared with the Voila Pure community.
3. Your before and after images are now live on our website. We will send you an email to confirm your review is live and to confirm your shipping details. Your 10ml PRO Lash Serum refill will be shipped first class with Royal Mail.

Do not apply multiple times or double dips. Using more than instructed will not give you quicker or better results. One dip into the bottle is adequate for both eyes. Patch testing is recommended before use.
