Shipments Within United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland):

• We offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland as standard with no minimum spend.

Orders placed before 1:00pm BST should arrive within 2-7 business days. This is a fully trackable service. This service may take longer to some rural areas.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping

• Free for orders over £60.00
• £14.50 for orders under £60.00

Payment

• Credit Card - If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number on a form. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The bank checks the transaction data as well as your line of credit within seconds and transmits the results of the check to the seller. If the results are positive, the agreed amount is charged to your credit card.
• PayPal - PayPal is an easy and safe way to pay for your purchases - without entering your banking information or credit card number, because your information is stored in your PayPal account. All you need to do is set up a PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk.

Returns

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

*Items returned in non-saleable condition such as:

• Unsealed
• Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
• Relabelled
• Refiled
• Pierced
• Partially missing items

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
