How To Use

Our Serum can be used on all Skin Types, including sensitive, dry, and mixed skin. This is a concentrated and powerful But Gentle Facial serum containing active plant-based ingredients, you must perform a patch-test of the product 24 hours before regular application. Test on a small area of skin on your neck or arm to ensure the formula is a good fit for you. Use it twice daily as part of your skincare routine if no irritation occurs.

How To Use
Wash face with a gentle cleanser, pat dry, and apply 5 to 6 drops of Voila Pure Vitamin C Serum. If using a toner, apply toner before the Vitamin C Serum. Gently massage the serum into your face and neck and decollete as desired. Follow with Voila Pure retinol moisturizer. For best results, use day and night.

The Science

What Is Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, We Use In Our Serum?

It is extremely difficult to formulate a long-lasting vitamin c serum that will keep its power from the first to the very last drop. It is notoriously unstable, sensitive to oxidation, and can often turn yellow in colour, which indicates it has oxidized. Best not to use it because the pH has probably become less acidic and therefore less able to penetrate the skin. Voila Pure advanced Vitamin C 50 utilises an extremely stable form of vitamin c, called Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate or STAY-C 50.

A water-soluble form of vitamin C, which is very gentle on the skin, causes no skin irritations, the easily water-soluble monophosphate ester of ascorbic acid is bio-convertes into Vitamin C by phosphatases present in the skin.

How are vitamin C derivatives derived?

Vitamin C derivatives are made by mixing L-ascorbic acid with other chemical. This process changes the nature of vitamin C from being acidic to alkaline of from water-soluble to oil-soluble or both.

Does Sodium Ascorbyl phosphate penetrate the skin better?

Sodium Ascorbyl phosphate has a salt molecule attached to it, allowing it to easily penetrate the skin's lipid barrier, without causing irritation due to its non-acidic and non-exfoliant nature. So deeper penetration with less irritation.

Excellent quality use to help reduce scars

Ok I bought this serum to add to my skin care routine to help with facial scaring and in even skin tone after putting on the doctor's treatment I was recommended to try a vitamin c serum to help boost the effects and I believe I can see the results after a few months this brand is very reasonable and has a good texture not sticky like other serums can be and no peeling off or causing as some others have where it just makes the day cream I use come off in bits . One tip I would give is to allow the serum to dry completely and absorb before applying your normal daily moisturizer.

Vitamin c serum is recommended to help even skin tone and fade out uneven skin tone which I feel it is and my friends have noticed the difference too I'm just not one for posting pictures of myself being self conscious but I use it morning and night combined with my day and night creams . I do use the lancome anti aging cream for the day and Murad anti aging eye cream (best eye cream I have found for over 40s and it works)and at night I have combined it with my Olay retinol night cream and the night eye cream and the lancome night serum and it seems to be working well at fadeing my scars and helping even out my skin tone. I do have quite sensitive skin and it's a combination skin type and this serum has never caused a reaction and it's also got hyaluronic acid so help even more with anti aging I'm 43 years old and it's really helped me

I can not recommend this Vit c enough it’s beautiful.The texture is beautiful 🤩 a joy to use .My skin after a few weeks use looks so bright . It has a lovely creamy consistency and I like this , some Vit C serums are runny and difficult to use ..not this one ..it’s perfect. The bottle is massive too really good value for money ..this will make your skin glow .

I’ve tried the Vitamin c serum and it makes your skin so soft and smooth. It’s got a creamy texture and doesn’t irritate or dry out your skin, like other serums. This is the first Vitamin C serum. My acne-prone skin hasn’t reacted to, which helps to brighten up my skin too.

I just love how this serum is so soft, light and a bit creamy. I added it to my night time skincare

recommend this product! And for those who's who's suffering with uneven skin tone or sun spots and wrinkle formation I think it's the best product for you to try.

This vitamin C serum is my favorite -- I've tried a bunch - some smell too citrusy, others come in weird dysfunctional squirt bottles... If you put this on at night before you go to bed, you will see a disappearance of dry spots and wrinkles. In the winter I used to get dry patches around the corners of my eyes. After applying this nightly, the problem went away. Love it 🥰
