It is best to apply retinol to dry skin after cleansing and drying your face thoroughly.

However, like all things in skincare, it's important to pay attention to what your skin needs. If you notice dryness, flaking, redness, or irritation, we recommend starting with a twice-weekly application, then increasing to every other day, and then every day.
We recommend using a pea-sized amount, or just slightly more to cover your entire face. Apply the retinol cream to the back of your hand and then using your finger apply it to the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin-and then connect the dots by rubbing it in gently. You can also apply it to your neck, chest, and hands.

The Advanced voila pure Retinol is an amazing product. After rinsing my face with cold water and drying, I apply it twice daily, morning and evening. First of all, after applying, your face feels clean and fresh with a firming sensation. After two weeks of use I have noticed fine lines disappearing along with a firmer/moist tone to my skin. Now that I have discovered this product, there is no need for other products. Furthermore, during shipment, the box seal became broken, after I notified voila pure of the issue, they apologised and were prompt in sending me a new replacement. Great company!

I've only been using this product for a short time, but it seems to be having a very positive effect on my skin. The face cream is the holy grail of face creams! This cream does not just sit on the skin, it does not leave your skin greasy, weighted down or oily!! I am a huge fan and will be buying again!!! The cream itself is hydrating but not heavy and I have noticed an improvement in my skin texture. Keep in mind though that I also use their vitamin C serum. A little goes a long way and I can wear this under my sunscreen and foundation during the day and not feel like my skin is under a mask of product.

Used every night since receiving it does what it says in the advertising. My skin is very smooth I should say to be fair, but this is a great addition for night time keeps my skin supple for around 12 hours. In fact since I wrote this review my friend has noticed my skin and has also purchased the same, she is in her 70’s and no-one can believe the difference.
